The measurement from centre of the first fixing poing to second fixing point is 203mm which is equivalent to 8 inches. This is also called 203mm Hole Centre or 203mm Centre to Centre. The 203mm hole centre can be used to replace the old 8 inch hole centre handles which is an old imperial standard measurement roughly equivalent to the 203mm hole centre.
