C PULL
A C Pull handle has more of a curve in theshape of a letter C

D PULL
A D Pull handle normally has 2 straighter post legs followed by the curve sort of in a shape of a capital D

T-BAR, RAIL
A T-Bar or Rail handle usually have post legs and the bar or rail extends past the legs.

HC
HC followed by a number is an acronym for Hole Centre, the number is the distance between the screw holes. 

ie.. HC76 is Hole Centre 76mm and HC288 is Hole centre 288mm

D
D followed by a number is an acronym for Diameter, the number is the diameter of the knob or handle. 

ie.. D25 is a Diameter of 25mm and D30 is a Diameter of 30mm

HOLE CENTRE
Hole centre is the measurement between the centre of the screw holes on the handles. Knobs typically only have 1 screw so they don't have a hole centre. So a 96mm Hole Centre would have a distance of 96milimetres between the centre of each screw pedestal on the handle.

LENGTH
Length is the overall length of the handle from 1 edge to the other, it can be quite different in size to the hole centre.

DIAMETER
Normally diameter is associated with knobs and is the distance from 1 edge of the knob to the other.

POST DIAMETER
Normally the post diameter is associated with rail type handles where the rail diameter is different from the post diameter. 

RAIL DIAMETER
Normally the rail diameter is associated with rail type handles where the rail diameter is different from the post diameter.

PROJECTION
Projection is the distance the handle projects itself out from the door/drawer.

FINISH
Finish is the kind of finish and or colour of the finish the handle/knob has.

ABL
Is an acronym for Antique Black

ABR
Is an acronym for Antique Brass

AL
Is an acronym for Aluminium

BC
Is an acronym for Brushed Chrome

BLN
Is an acronym for Black Nickel

BRN
Is an acronym for Brushed Nickel

MB
Is an acronym for Matt Black 

PB
Is an acronym for Polished Brass

PC
Is an acronym for Polished Chrome

PEW
Is an acronym for Pewter 

PL
Is an acronym for Platinum

SC
Is an acronym for Satin Chrome

SS
Is an acronym for Stainless Steel

SSS
